1 Acceptance and Consent

By registering an account on the heybet platform or using any of its services, you declare that you have fully read and agreed to these Terms. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and heybet.

heybet provides services only to those who are legally eligible to participate in online betting and gaming activities. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the local laws of your country of residence. heybet does not claim to offer services in any jurisdiction where such activities are prohibited.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in English for users in Bangladesh and apply to all heybet services — including cricket betting, slots, live casino and other gaming products.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on heybet, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

• Information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential.
• You are fully responsible for any activity that takes place on your account.
• If your account information changes, you must notify heybet immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

heybet may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Deposits, withdrawals or account activity may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address and similar items.

3 Age Verification and Restrictions

heybet reserves the right to verify a user's age at registration and at any subsequent stage. If false information is provided regarding age, the account will be immediately closed and any applicable balance may be forfeited.

We ask parents to use parental control software to prevent underage children from accessing this platform and to keep login credentials secure.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on heybet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal processing generally takes 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal requests will only be processed after the verification process is complete.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawal requests may be held for review in cases of unusual activity.
• heybet reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal if false information has been provided.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

heybet offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After receiving a bonus, withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• The deadline to meet the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is activated.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud is strictly prohibited.
• heybet reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, heybet may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 VIP Program

The heybet VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier — ranging from 0.2% at Bronze to 0.8% at Diamond. The conditions and benefits for advancing to higher tiers are subject to change.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on heybet are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Bet outcomes are determined based on the result of the relevant event, and heybet's decision on this matter is final.

• heybet reserves the right to cancel bets placed incorrectly due to technical errors.
• heybet may cancel bets in cases of obvious pricing errors.
• heybet is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
• heybet reserves the right to investigate unusually large bets placed on the same event.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting applies to all major international and domestic cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. Bets may be cancelled if a match is abandoned or a specified number of overs is not completed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heybet platform:

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or fake identity information.
• Using software, bots or automated tools to manipulate the betting system.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage activities.
• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors for personal gain.
• Harassing other users or engaging in discourteous behaviour.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by heybet

heybet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If fraudulent or deceptive activity is detected.
• If false identity or age information has been provided.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• In the case of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the User

Users may request to close their account at any time. Before submitting a request, ensure all pending bets are settled and any available balance is withdrawn. Contact live chat for the self-exclusion option.

9 Limitation of Liability

heybet and its officers are not liable for the following:

• Any losses caused by internet connection or technical problems.
• Service disruptions from third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
• Losses resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account or data theft.
• Losses caused by a user's negligence or failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Financial losses or stress arising from gambling.

heybet provides its services on an as-is basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In any circumstance, heybet's maximum liability is limited to the balance available in the user's account.
